These terms cover two things: using this website, and the "Your Page" service, a personally designed website plus a simple content management system (CMS) that the client fully owns. They are written to be clear and fair, the same way the work itself is meant to be.

Using the site

The content on meravish.com, including text, design, and images, belongs to Merav Shaked or is used under license from third parties. You are welcome to browse and share links. Please do not copy, reproduce, or misuse the content, and please do not use the site in any unlawful way.

The service, in four stages

"Your Page" is built together in a clear flow:

• (a) Intro call and a short discovery. A conversation to understand the goal, the audience, and the feel, plus a few focused questions.
• (b) Live design and build. The page is designed and built with a shareable preview link, so you can follow the result as it takes shape.
• (c) One to two revision rounds on the complete result: texts, colors, spacing, mobile layout, and basic accessibility.
• (d) Go-live and full handoff. The site goes live, the domain is connected, everything is handed over in full, along with a short CMS training so you can manage the content on your own.

Full ownership and handoff

This is the heart of it. On completion, the code, the content, and the passwords transfer to the client in full. There is no monthly subscription and no platform lock-in. You can continue on your own, move to another developer, or come back later. It is a free choice, always.

What is not included

The following are paid add-ons, priced separately and only added with your approval:

• Marketing copywriting or full copy. The price assumes the texts come from the client; help with polishing is included.
• Photography, logo design, or full branding from scratch.
• Paid domain or hosting purchase (at direct supplier cost).
• Paid stock images or paid fonts.
• An additional-language version.
• Ongoing maintenance, updates, or further development after handoff.
• Advanced integrations (external systems, complex forms, payments).

Price and payment

The price is per project and agreed in advance. As an exempt business (osek patur), no VAT is charged. The default terms for "Your Page" are a 50% deposit on approval and start, and the 50% balance on completion, before or at go-live. Larger projects may be split into 40% / 30% / 30%. Payment is by bank transfer or Bit, and a lawful invoice is issued for every payment.

Revisions

One to two revision rounds on the complete result are included. Beyond that, or a material change of direction after approval, is priced separately by agreement.

Timelines

Timelines depend also on the client's pace: how quickly materials, texts, and approvals are supplied.

Intellectual property

Rights in the final deliverable pass to the client upon full payment. Third-party components (fonts, images, external tools) remain under their own licenses.

Warranty

A basic functionality warranty applies for 14 days from handoff. Faults caused by changes the client makes after handoff are not covered.

Cancellation and refunds

Under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, for a distance transaction a consumer generally has a 14-day cooling-off right to cancel. Please note that for a bespoke, custom-made service that has already begun, once work has started the deposit is non-refundable, because it covers the initial discovery and build stage, and any work completed beyond the deposit is charged proportionally. To cancel, simply send a message by email or WhatsApp.

Confidentiality

Both sides keep the business information they exchange confidential.

Liability

The service is provided professionally and with care. Within reason, there is no liability for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law.

Offer validity

A formal quote is valid for 30 days from its date. Approval is given by email or WhatsApp together with the deposit, and no physical signature is required.
