My team meeting is me, a cup of coffee and Telegram.
Everything else is done by AI agents I built for myself. Some of them work while I sleep, and in the morning I decide what goes out into the world.

Some work on a fixed schedule and some only when I call them, and none of them puts anything out into the world before I've seen it.
What's waiting for me at 7:30
During the day, when something comes to mind, I send a voice note on Telegram, and the machine also sees what I built. At 2 a.m. the Content Machine turns it into a draft post and a reel, and by 7:30 it's waiting for me.
I pick from what comes in. Nothing gets published until I tap "approve", and I still do the posting myself.
Once a week, they all report in
It started with one question I asked the team: "Brief me. What happened this week?" Each one came back with what it had done, and the whole briefing takes about twenty minutes. Today some of the reports already arrive every morning.

On the Hebrew pages, images fixed across 14 projects. In the Metropolin case study, an illustration now faces the right way. The language switcher no longer clashes on phones. Everything is saved here, waiting for your approval before it goes live.
Everyone reads from the same page
As the team grew, I wrote one file every agent reads before it starts work, with what's already been decided and how things are done here. A new decision goes into it the same day. And every Sunday morning a check goes through all my projects and brings in any rule that was left out, so whatever I've said once, I don't have to say again.
This page started as a weekly report
In one of the briefings I looked at what the team had brought back, and saw that the case study was already written there, inside the work. The first version of this page came from that, and so did Promtfolio, a product that's already live.
