I built myself a way out of the portfolio platform.
Then I packaged it for others.

My portfolio froze in 2020

My site lived on Adobe Portfolio. The subscription renewed every month, and the site did not move for five years. My best work was not on it.

The portfolio always waited for the end of the work, for when I had time. Which was never.

First, I pulled my work into my own folder

If you work with AI, your portfolio is already written. It is buried in the chat

The prompts, the decisions, the dead ends, the moment the direction changed. Everything a case study is made of already sits in your chat history. What is missing is a way to pull it out.

Portfolio platforms sell the opposite: a template, a subscription, and a site that lives on their servers.

I built a whole SaaS, then froze it

The first version was a hosted product: publish to promtfolio.com/username, with a monthly subscription in two tiers. The code was written and the infrastructure was up. In August 2026 I froze all of it.

The product broke its own promise. A site hosted by me is not bought, it is rented. I kept only the demo, because it shows the result before anyone is asked for an hour.

What I packaged: one guided hour and seven skills

• A free demo. Paste an Adobe Portfolio link and see the site rebuilt.
• A guided first hour inside Claude Code, with questions instead of a form. The way I built mine.
• A plugin of seven skills: Start, Extract, Build, Deploy, Audit and more. Open files you can read, change and run again.
• BRAND.md, your design language. The agent flags requests that drift from it, and does not block.
• Five short videos, a learning center and a free community.

Ask for the project folder, then read what is already there:
prompts, commits, the dead ends, the moment the direction changed.

## Rules
- The designer owns the taste. Never write the opinion for them.
- One decision per section. If it has no "why", it is not a decision.
- Quality bar: meravish.com. If the page is thinner than that,
  the questions were not good enough.

A one woman product has to run without her

I cannot walk every buyer through this personally, and that limit shaped the product. The order is fixed: self serve first, agent second, me last.

The guidance lives inside the skills, and a support agent answers first. Only three things reach me: a refund, a complaint, and a failure that came back after two tries.

Live, at launch pricing, with a real date

The Founders page is open until 31 October 2026: one payment, and every future skill update included. The price is low on purpose, because a large community is worth more to me than a high margin on a few.

Still unproven: how many people keep building on their own after the first hour. That number will say whether the product kept its promise.
